We tested the Kamasutra for you

The Kamasutra is an ancient Indian text about the art of love and sexuality. It was written over 2,000 years ago by the Indian sage Vatsyayana. I've tried out some of the practices and advice on how to approach love and make it last longer.

I decided to try out this unforgettable art for you, and visited Sylvia, a specialist in this practice in Nyon. She explained the different positions and the techniques for using them.

The first position we tried was the mountain and valley position. The woman stands with her legs slightly open. The man stands in front of her and places his hands on her hips. This gives the man more control and depth during sex.

We also tried the turtle and lotus position. The woman stands on her hands and her feet are bent towards her body. The man stands between her legs and places his hands on her hips. This gives the man more control and depth during sex.

The last position we tried was the reverse mountain and valley position. The woman stands with her legs slightly open. The man stands in front of her and places his hands on her hips. This gives the man more control and depth during sex.

I also learnt tips on how to approach love and make it last longer. Sylvia explained the importance of breathing and concentration during sex. She also explained the importance of communication and sensuality during sex.
